Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sebelum dan Setelah Merger

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of mergers on BSI's financial performance. Research methodology: The method used in this research is descriptive comparative, namely that describes a certain situation within predetermined period time. data comes from statements three Islamic banks before merger (2019) and BSI after (2021). Results: results show nine ratios studied, six have increased, quick ratio, debt equity times interest earned, return assets, equity, net profit margin, while other four decreased, current cash ratio , ratios. Limitations: observation limited year merger. Contribution: As for suggestions BSI, it necessary pay attention important dominant aspects can improve quality company assets financing. Novelty: difference between previous studies are Current Ratio (CR), Quick (QR), Cash Ratio, Debt (DR), (DER), Times earned (TIE), Return Assets (ROA), Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) as comparison see performance BSI.
